Organ

Playing the organ for the St Radegund Consort at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, August 2023

I can provide a wide range of services to fit your needs. This is includes accompaniment of choral services both in the Church of England and Roman Catholic traditions. I have previously covered a wide range of choral accompaniments and can learn any items that I don’t already play with relatively short notice. I can also provide accompaniment to choirs for one off concert programmes, and visits to cathedrals for services as a visiting choir. I am also available for recitals, and cover a large variety of English, French and German organ music.

Previous accompaniment venues: Ely, St Edmundsbury, Norwich, Llandaff, Portsmouth, Rochester, Chelmsford, Truro, St Paul’s and St Alban’s Cathedrals, St George’s Chapel Windsor Castle.

Piano Accompaniment

Deputising as accompanist for the Hertford Choral Society, May 2023

I can provide a range of services as an accompanist, in a rehearsal, concert, exam or audition setting. This includes acting as a deputy to cover rehearsals for choirs or musical theatre groups or to play the piano parts for concerts. I can also accompany candidates for auditions or exams on the ABRSM, Trinity or MTB syllabuses.

I am currently the resident accompanist to the South West Songbirds, based in Earlsfield, London have previously been the same for the Hertford Chamber Choir.

Strings (Violin & Viola)

Playing with the Imperial College Chamber Music Society.

I am a skilled orchestral string player and chamber musician, primarily as a violist but also as a violinist. I can act as a short notice deputy or to add to a section for a concert. I cover many styles from classical to showtunes and light music. I have also played for musical theatre productions, and my playing is featured on the Original Cast Recording of NYMT’s Henrietta.

I currently play on a freelance basis with the Serafine Sinfonia, Symphonix Orchestra and the Chingford Sinfonia.

Keyboards

Keyboards for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at the King’s Theatre, Portsmouth October 2024

I can provide a range of services for electric keyboards, primarily in musical theatre. I have a range of different keyboards capable of handling parts written primarily for piano, organ, or synthesiser. I also have equipment for stacking multiple keyboards and am very experienced with fast patch changes. I have a complete rig for use with the Mainstage keyboard patch software.

Musical Direction & Conducting

Conducting the Choir of Chingford Parish Church in the summer of 2024.

I am a versatile conductor of many types of ensembles, including choirs, brass bands, concert bands and musical theatre productions.

Brass (Cornet, Trombone, Baritone)

Playing 2nd Cornet with the Potters Bar Town Band.

I play cornet, baritone, and trombone to an intermediate standard. I currently hold the 2nd Baritone chair at Regent Community Brass (4th Section) and deputise for the Potters Bar Town Band.
